Please note that at PlinthsSYD, all of our set products are made-on-order.

We also customise based on your specifications when you send through your "customise your own" enquiry. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or refunds. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalising, as all sales are considered final upon purchase.

We understand that making a decision on our set products or custom products can be challenging, which is why we offer various resources to help you make an informed choice. Our website provides detailed product descriptions, images, and dimensions to assist you in visualising how our display plinths and serving ware will fit into your space. Damaged Items:

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, the responsibility for such damages lies with the shipping carrier. PlinthsSYD is committed to assisting you with the claims process. Should you find your item damaged upon arrival, please adhere to the following steps:

  2. Prompt Notification: Contact PlinthsSYD within 48 hours of receiving your product to inform us of the damage. Provide your order number, detailed information about the damage, and attach any photographic or video evidence you have collected.

  3. Claims Procedure: We will initiate the claims process with the shipping company on your behalf. Your cooperation will be needed during this process, which may include providing further information or evidence regarding the damage.

  4. Claims Outcome: The final resolution will be determined by the shipping company. PlinthsSYD will advocate on your behalf for a fair resolution; however, we cannot influence the final decision of the shipping carrier.

PlinthsSYD does not issue refunds or accept returns for damaged items. We are, however, dedicated to supporting you through the shipping company's claims process and will assist in any way we can.
