Delivering your order

At Plinths.Sydney, we want to ensure that you have a seamless and transparent experience when it comes to the collection and tracking of your order. We understand the importance of timely delivery and keeping you informed every step of the way.

Each order excluding our Lux collection and serving ware has a 2-3 business day production time before dispatch. Keep in mind this does not cover the Transit time of your shipment.

Operating Hours:

Please note that our operations are limited to weekdays, excluding public holidays. We do not operate on weekends. This means that any orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Collection:

Once your order is placed and processed, our dedicated team will carefully prepare your items for shipment. We take pride in our attention to detail and ensure that each order is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Once your package is collected from our warehouse, it will be scanned into the Courier depot. This step is crucial as it allows us to provide you with accurate tracking information. The duration of transit can range from 2-5 Business days based on the location and selected delivery speed at checkout.

Tracking Information:

As soon as your package is scanned into the fulfilment depot, you will receive an email from the fulfilment company directly. This email will contain your unique tracking number, which you can use to monitor the progress of your delivery.

We understand that knowing the whereabouts of your package is important to you. With the tracking number provided, you can easily track your shipment online and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.

Timely Delivery:

At Plinths.Sydney, we strive to ensure that your packages are delivered to you in a timely manner. While we cannot control external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we work closely with our courier partners to minimise any potential delays.
