Damaged Items

In the event that a product is received in a damaged condition, the procedure for resolution is as follows:

  1. The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery and document any damages to the item.
  2. The customer must notify PlinthsSYD within 48 hours of receipt, providing detailed information and evidence of the damage.
  3. PlinthsSYD will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of the customer.
  4. The customer may be required to provide additional information or cooperation during the claims process.
The outcome of the claim is at the discretion of the shipping carrier, and PlinthsSYD cannot guarantee a favorable resolution.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
